Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day Everyone!!  It has been a nice quiet day at our house.  Yesterday Michael recieved a Fruit Flowers basket and Rachel recieved a beautiful arrangement of multi color roses.  We celebrated by a nice Steak dinner at home and watched the Olympics.  GO TEAM USA!!  Here are a few pics from the weekend.

Garrettt & Alex recieved these cute pillowcases as a gift at their baptism.  Michael's parents and grandma gave it to them. Ever since then they have been begging to color them.  Well today we gave in and let them color them while watching the Olympics.  They turned out very cute.

Special Day!!

On Saturday February 6, Garrett and Alex were baptized.  It was such a Special Day.  They were so excited they couldn't sit still.  We had a lot of family and friends in attendence.  The sun was shinning and it was a nice day. 

Garrett was the first to be baptized then Alex.  They both did great.  After they both were baptized we discovered that Garrett had been baptized with the wrong name.  As many of you know Garrett's full name is Michael Garrett Kay well when Michael baptized him he called him by Michael Brandon Kay.  So Garrett actually had to be done twiced he didn't mind at all of course. 

We are so proud of the decision that they made to be baptized.  We also would like to thank our family and friends that were able to share this Special Day with us.  We will remember it forever.

Bowling!!

We went bowling at Sparetime in Syracuse for the first time tonight.  It is a really nice bowling alley.  We had a lot of fun as you can see.  The boys all love to bowl and they get really excited when we go.  Michael won the first game and Rachel won the second game.  The boys can bowl pretty good and wasn't to far behind us.  It was a fun family night.

Garrett & Alex had their parade on Thursday also.  It was fun to go and see all the cute and creative costumes.

Jex's Pre-school Halloween Parade

On Thursday Jex had a little Halloween Parade at Pre-School. The kids were so cute. He loves Pre-School and enjoys his teacher Mrs. Amy. Rachel volunteers in his class on Tuesdays and she has enjoyed getting to know each of the kids.
